CIPET, Hyderabad announces Long Term and Short Term Trained Programmes Promoting Skill Development
Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET) announces Long Term and Short Term Trained Programmes Promoting Skill Development and to provide Technical and Trained Manpower to the Plastic and Allied Industry.
As a part of Long Term Training Programme for the Current Academic Year 2017-18, CIPET has released an Admission Notice for admission of the candidate into various courses approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) begin, informed Shri V. Kiran Kumar, Director, CIPET, Hyderabad addressing the press conference at CGO Towers here on Thursday.
Shri Kiran Kumar Speaking to the media along with Shri Dr. P.J. Sudhakar, Additional Director General, Press Information Bureau, Hyderabad and Shri M. Nagendra Swamy, Director PIB- Hyderabad, he said that there is a huge demand for the manpower in the Plastic Industry and by conducting these courses are beneficial for the youth, said Kiran Kumar.
Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET) at Hyderabad was established in Cherlapally, in 1987 to cater to the needs of Plastics and Allied Industries and its Head Office at Chennai and 28 branches spread across length and breadth of India.
The main objective of setting up of the institute was to develop manpower in different disciplines of Plastics & Allied Industry. In India, the Annual growth of plastics industry is growing well. As the demand of manpower in the plastics industry is high, the courses conducted by CIPET are beneficial for the youth, said Kiran Kumar.
CIPET is providing training trough several academic courses namely Post Graduate Diploma in Plastics Processing and Testing (PGD-PPT), Post Diploma in Plastics Mould Design with CAD/CAM (PD-PMD with CAD/CAM), Diploma in Plastics Mould Technology (DPMT) and Diploma in Plastics Technology (DPT).
